Kevin C. Smith and Alina Simone met over what was arguably the worst theremin lesson in history. Kevin no longer gives musical instruction but instead records with a collection of guitars, obsolete synthesizers, vintage video game consoles, homemade electronics, and found sound. He plays everything (except when someone else plays the instruments he can't) and Alina somehow manages to sing over the whole thing.
